Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop opportunity pipeline
  • Lead development and implementation of Capture Plans to include Win Strategy, Price to Win, etc
  • Form and lead capture teams
  • Lead customer interactions to influence strategy, requirements and solution generation
  • Lead analysis of competitive landscape and teaming strategy
  • Meet with customers and partners
  • Responsible to meet or exceed financial objectives
  • Active participant in proposal preparation, including supporting pricing and scope development
  • Provide management and oversight of D&D commercial offers including: commercial strategy development; proposal development; pricing strategy including market price analysis and project/business financial and risk analysis; integration and alignment of cost, price, execution, and commercial factors; and integration of WEC and partner functional organizations.
  • Lead and coordinate business and proposal development activities with other product lines, regions, and business partners as needed to develop integrated proposals and marketing deliverables.



  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or other technical field preferred, plus 15 to 20 years of experience
  • Experience developing, negotiating, and executing business transactions
  • Experience meeting and exceeding financial targets
  • Experience in developing decommissioning projects and offers
  • Experience with nuclear plant decommissioning is preferred
  • Proven track record of business development activities in the utility and power industry.
  • Ability to provide integrated solutions to complex problems for business partners, customers, and stakeholders. 
  • Must be able to develop competitive offers that overcomes objections and indifferences and connects needs with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
