Contract Manager
About the role:
As a Contract Manager you will develop a claims strategy, implementing such claims against customers and suppliers and defend against similar claims, in full coordination with the legal team, and implement an organized project document management system.
Participate in the definition and implementation of process and standard procedures and ensure that all relevant databases and tools necessary for performance of contract management missions are defined, implemented and complied with.
You will report to the Vice President - Commercial Contracts. This is a remote role.

Contract Execution (from project kick-off to project closure).
Lead Contract Management activities under EP Contract
Project Execution
Claims and Claim Strategy
Disputes
Contracts Closure
Risk Management
Insurance
Export Control
Qualifications:
10+ years of experience as a contract manager for projects in the US or EMEA.
10 years' experience in complex EP or EPC projects in nuclear, gas and power or automation industries.
University degree in Engineering, Construction Management or Cost Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Business Administration; Contract Management or Law.
Experience in contract negotiations, contract analysis and drafting, change orders negotiation, risks and opportunities monitoring and claim management/drafting.
Legal background helpful
We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $130,400 to $163,000 per year.
