About the role:

As a Copilot Adoption Specialist, you will scale the Microsoft 365 Copilot adoption and enablement across the enterprise. You will add capacity to sustain adoption at scale while keeping pace with ongoing platform changes, partnering with partners to drive measurable growth in usage and engagement. The specialist translates evolving Copilot capabilities into practical business scenarios and contributes to a scalable enablement model that supports continued expansion of Copilot across the organization.

 

You will report to the Manager, User Experience & Collaboration and be located at Cranberry Township, PA. This is a hybrid role.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Track new Microsoft 365 Copilot capabilities and map them to practical business use cases in consideration of enterprise needs.

  • Support and expand the Copilot champion program across departments, including engagement schedule, content development, and feedback collection.

  • Lead Center of Excellence activities, including enablement sessions, office hours, and structured use case sharing.

  • Work with partners to identify opportunities to improve productivity and collaboration through use of Copilot.

  • Support development of adoption metrics, governance approaches, communications, and reporting tied to usage and value realization.

  • Contribute to standardized enablement materials, guides, and guidance to provide a consistent user experience across the organization.

  • Improve measurable growth in Copilot usage across assigned departments.

  • Develop relationships with champions and partners to sustain a feedback and improvement loop.

  • Help enable enterprise-wide agentic AI management strategies

 

Qualifications:

  • Translate technical capabilities into clear, practical guidance

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 platforms (Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive, Power Platform) and how Copilot integrates across them

  • Experience supporting user adoption, training, or enablement programs at scale

  • Engage with all partners, across departments

  • Manage multiple workstreams in a fast-evolving environment

  • Handle diverse situations and rapidly changing priorities with deadlines

  • Communicate and collaborate with clients, peers, and management to troubleshoot issues, and recommend and implement solutions

  • Must have experience driving customer success

     

    We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $69,200 to $86,500 per year.
