The Corporate FP&A Specialist is a  highly visible position partnering with FP&A leaders across the business to lead major initiatives including the 5-year integrated business plan process. This position will focus on planning, budgeting, management reporting, forecasting, and overall financial analysis as requested for Corporate FP&A. The role will also have responsibility for accelerating reporting and analytics automation in collaboration with the Business Reporting & Analytics team.  This is a US ONLY Remote role - with a preference for a candidate in SW PA near our headquarters location in Cranberry Township, PA.


Your Day to Day:

  • Lead the development of the 5-year integrated business plan for income, working capital, cash flow and investments.
  • Collaborate with FP&A leaders across Westinghouse to develop presentation materials for external constituencies.
  • Support strategic financial presentations to Private Equity owners.
  • Support investor presentation material with Q&A support backup for WEC leadership.
  • Support the planning, reporting and analysis of financial results for key operations on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis including Global Restructuring and Mergers & Acquisitions.
  • Lead business reorganization planning and ensure critical support systems are aligned.
  • Perform quarterly Global Tax LE forecast analysis.
  • Lead special projects including M&A as necessary.
  • Matrix manage processes as necessary for teams across the enterprise including WEC finance employees, contractors and external consultants.


Who You Are:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and/or Finance. 
  • MBA highly desirable.
  • 10 plus years of broadly-based finance experience, in both analytical and leadership roles
  • Previous experience in finance or accounting in a large organization leading cross-functional initiatives and planning exercises; technology business experience would be a plus
  • Experience leading teams in a matrix organization - informal teams - no direct reports for this role
  • Strong analytical skills demonstrated through previous complex project work e.g. M&A deal analysis or experience in building complex FP&A models etc.
  • Ability to analyze complex financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management for decision making purposes
  • Ability to clearly and consistently communicate sensitive, complex or difficult information using simple terms and an appropriate style for the audience. Strong presentation writing skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to influence decisions and interact with all levels of management
  • Ability to question and challenge status quo to drive efficiencies and identify opportunities to enhance profitability
  • Knowledge of energy industry would be a strong plus
