About the role:

As Customer Account Manager - Key Customers and Hyperscalers, you will support Account Executives in implementing our customer account strategy through customer relationship management with Key Customers and hyperscalers. You will serve as the 'Voice of the Customer' from contract cradle to grave. You will be promoting important relationships with Key Customers and hyperscalers and company partners to help ensure Westinghouse provides unique products and services.

You will report to the Account Executive-Constellation and Hyperscalers for the U.S. Central & Latin American regions and work 100% Remote.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build customer relationships as a trusted business advisor, promoting deeper understanding of their strategies and needs. Use that insight to increase Westinghouse pipeline across the entire product and service portfolio. Responsibilities include relationship development, customer mapping, presentation preparation, CRM tool use.

  • Assist the Account Executives in developing the customer account strategy by applying knowledge of customer business strategies, competitor intelligence and market trends to inform and influence the following: marketing; strategic planning; and product/service/technology development.

  • Maintain relationships with internal Westinghouse team members to collaborate in managing the business development activities for assigned customers including contract opportunity creation, price setting, negotiations, order entry, and communications with marketing and the products on customer needs.

  • Maintain awareness of execution of all projects cradle to grave to ensure safe, quality delivery and that contractual obligations are met. Provide leadership and coaching to matrix and direct reports, including project teams and functional support groups. Escalate deviations from contractual obligations to AEs, Global Markets Regional VP, and business/sales leaders.

  • Lead/promote the use of the CRM tool to manage the orders entered pipeline and associated actions to achieve target goals.

  • Assist AEs and business leaders in resolving customer issues and commercial disputes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

  • 5+ years of job relevant experience in operations, sales or business development

  • Experience in energy markets, data center development planning, working knowledge of Energy Markets, Developers and Power Purchase Agreements.

We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $124,695 to $138,550 per year. In addition to the base pay, this role may be eligible for incentive pay based on company and individual performance)
