Delivery Stream Engineer

About the role:

As a Procurement Engineer, you will support the end‑to‑end management of project, product, and service deliverables from bid and design through manufacturing and delivery. You will coordinate supplier evaluations, facilitate customer communications, and support project execution and reporting activities. You will provide direct support across multiple programs, including AP1000, AP300, eVinci, and other Energy Systems portfolio programs, ensuring understanding of Westinghouse quality, schedule, and commercial expectations.

You will report to the Senior Manager, WBS 2 Large Structures and be located at our Cranberry, PA location on a hybrid basis. We will require you to be in office 2 days a week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support pre‑PO and post‑PO procurement activities to ensure readiness and predictable delivery.

• You will assist with supplier identification, evaluation, down‑selection, and negotiations.

• Communicate technical and quality requirements to suppliers.

• Collaborate with GSCS, Engineering, Quality, and Supplier Performance Engineering on project planning and execution.

• Improve cost and schedule certainty through supplier management efforts.

• Create agendas and lead kick-off meetings with Suppliers.

• Conduct scheduled meetings with Suppliers and Westinghouse project support team members.

• Work with Supplier Performance Engineering to develop supplier oversight plans and manage execution of supplier oversight and witness and hold points.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Engineering.

• Experience or previous project work related to Power Generation, Nuclear, Manufacturing, Project Management or Supply Chain.

• US Citizen. We will ask you to meet the criteria for access to our, partner's, and client's technologies and meet import/export controls laws and regulations.

We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be ($58,400 to $73,000) per year.
