About the role:
As a Director, Cybersecurity Operations, you will shape strategic direction, advance cybersecurity program maturity, and align organizational capabilities, investments, and priorities with enterprise risk objectives while serving as a trusted advisor to the CISO and representing the function in executive forums. This role will translate strategic priorities into actionable plans while overseeing cybersecurity architecture, engineering, and vulnerability management teams, with full accountability for workforce planning, budget management, operational cadence, and cross-functional coordination. This position includes people leadership and succession development responsibilities, with an expectation to grow into future executive leadership within cybersecurity.
You will report to the Chief Information Security Officer. This position is hybrid (3 days in office and 2 remote) located in Cranberry Township, PA.
Key Responsibilities:

Acts as a strategic partner and principal consultant to the CISO, driving coordination and execution of cybersecurity priorities, including the development, standardization, and continuous improvement of enterprise cybersecurity processes, governance, and operating models.

Leads and develops cybersecurity architecture, vulnerability management, and security engineering functions, ensuring delivery of scalable, resilient security capabilities aligned to enterprise risk and business objectives
- Builds and sustains a high-performing organization through leadership, coaching, and succession planning, with a focus on developing future leaders and advancing organizational maturity

Oversees delivery of key cybersecurity initiatives and programs, partnering with IT and business leadership to track progress, resolve risks, and ensure alignment with enterprise objectives

Owns the development and delivery of comprehensive operational, financial, and performance reporting to inform executive decision-making and measure cybersecurity program effectiveness

Provides end-to-end leadership of cybersecurity operations, ensuring consistent, high-quality execution of strategic initiatives, programs, and day-to-day activities across teams

Leads executive-level briefings, develops strategic communications, and drives responses to complex organizational, regulatory, and strategic cybersecurity issues

Manage team ensuring timely, accurate, and successful execution of objectives and projects
- Acts as first point of contact for the project managers on projects that are key to functional and strategic success and conducts project status with CISO and IT leadership team
Qualifications:

7+ years of experience of Information Security, Vulnerability and Incident management experience

Bachelor's Degree in in IT, related technical discipline, or equivalent experience

Professional certifications, such as CISSP, GIAC, GPEN, OSCP, or other applicable information security credentials.
We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $162,000 to $202,500 per year.
