This Director, Sales Development is responsible for leading cross functional efforts in developing strategic orientation and related tools to enhance the WEC vision and Values both in the US and Globally.    This role is also responsible for defining and analyzing sales performance and Market data, identifying new opportunities, Manage OE planning with a 5-year outlook, oversee process management of D365 and PowerBI and deliver monthly vital signs and offer review analytics.

Your Day to Day:

  • Define the strategic orientation and related required Tools to enhance WEC commercial Vision & Values.
  • Drive and Analyze sales performance upon WEC evolution while creating the agility to include new competencies and tools
  • Manage and Analyze market data vs account growth plans, identify opportunities, and elevate digital collaboration
  • Lead, manage and oversee OE planning. Five-year strategic outlook with strategy team and SIP setting
  • Oversee and drives process management within tools in D365 and PowerBI while enhancing digitalization. Manage Sales innovation through new Tools leveraging AI, Machine learning.
  • Manage and drive Post offer review (POR) and Win / Loss analysis
  • Lead, manage and deliver Weekly and Monthly Vital Signs analytics
  • Collaborate, lead and align the BU management to a shared and agreed vision, establishing relationship with the BU’s Sales VP and GM RVP, become their collaborative trusted partner.  
  • Lead and drives organizational performance through effective use of metrics along with monitoring budgets and other key data needed to adjust strategies and tactics to achieve objectives.
  • Relentless in leading and driving safe behaviors in all company operations
  • Leads efforts to deliver key improvement opportunities and develops systems to sustain continuous improvement processes.
  • Drives accountability throughout the organization (US and Globally) and urgently executes actions to close gaps in standards and results

 

Who You Are:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant job experience required. Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sales, Management in Technical Discipline preferred.
  • 5 years’ experience in an Operational Sales Role, 10-15 years typical
  • Operations Experience
  • Energy section experience in a Regional/Global Role
