Westinghouse is seeking 2024 Summer Interns for Technical Engineering positions.

 

Your Day-to-Day: 
1. Supporting  supplier evaluation for  new and existing suppliers as requested delivery stream office for AP1000 and AP300 opportunities in EMEA region.

2. Leading supplier development and qualification activities. This includes identification of manufacturing risks and mitigating actions, process capability analyses. Ensure all required PO scope is complete, including fabrication, testing and documentation.
3. Interfacing with customers, vendors, and other internal functional groups on engineering level to obtain information necessary to perform work assignments;
4. Planning and scheduling work to meet assignment requirements.

 

Who You Are: 
As a successful candidate, you will bring the following to the team:
 

Pursuing a Bachelor's degree or Master’s degree in Engineering required (all engineering disciplines are welcome to apply).
Should be over 18 years of age
EU citizen
Needs to be fluent in English and Polish/Czech/Bulgarian
Ability to work July 8th, 2024 to August 30th, 2024
Ability to work a minimum of 40 hours per week
Ability to obtain J-1 Visa
