Export Compliance Analyst-Americas

The Export Compliance Analyst - Americas will principally assist the Head, Export Compliance Americas with export compliance operations for the Americas Region. This role will support programs around deemed, technology, and physical exports originating from the Americas.
Your Day to Day:
- Lead deemed export compliance program operations
- Assist Head, Export Compliance Americas with review, publishing, and training on policies, procedures, and processes
- Arrange and track Americas Export Compliance trainings
- Track export licensing from the Americas
- Assist with all Americas export compliance reporting to regulatory agencies
- Provide metrics and visuals on export licensing, training, and requests
- Serve as the lead point of contact for the Global Security organization
- Seek to optimize, streamline, and standardize export processes and procedures
- Support sanctions screening program
Who You Are:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 6 months or more of previous export compliance experience desired
- Some technical knowledge of U.S. export and import and customs laws and regulations.
- Demonstrated ability to work across international regions and cultures.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to clearly, proactively (timely), and concisely communicate with internal and external business partners.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced collaborative environment and efficiently works within deadlines.
- Possesses strong organizational skills.
- Adaptive, flexible, and able to function effectively in a highly complex global environment with a proven ability to multi-task.
- Analytical skills and questioning attitude required.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and strong skills in Excel and SharePoint. Experience with SAP a must.
- Demonstrated ability to learn systems and processes quickly.
