About the role:

As a Facilities and Security Coordinator you will provide critical operational, administrative, and logistical support for activities conducted by the GS&RE team, which oversees facility operations across Westinghouse sites. You will help ensure seamless facility operations while supporting compliance, efficiency, and overall performance throughout the real estate portfolio. You will report to the Senior Manager, Facilities and Real Estate and be located at our Cranberry Township, PA location. Hybrid Work Schedule.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide financial reporting related to GS&RE operational and capital budgets. Deliver monthly updates to leadership and ad‑hoc reporting to departmental teams.

  • Oversee project closeout activities by coordinating with internal clients, project management teams, and service providers to ensure all financial obligations are completed. Includes preparing and submitting project capitalization documentation.

  • Coordinate with external suppliers regarding purchase orders, scopes of work, and service contract requirements. Responsibilities include initiating requisitions and securing appropriate charge numbers.

  • Support leadership through the preparation of reports, collection of data, maintenance of dashboards, and tracking of performance metrics.

  • Maintain accurate records, databases, and documentation to comply with internal requirements.

  • Be the primary contact for departmental communications, inquiries, and information flow.

  • Submit, manage security badging requests for external suppliers and internal employees requiring site access.

  • Help with onboarding processes and training coordination for new department team members.

  • Manage departmental calendars, meeting schedules, project timelines, and recurring operational tasks.

  • Procure materials, services, and other resources essential to support team productivity.

  • Perform additional administrative and operational tasks, including event coordination, expense reporting, and community outreach support.

 

Qualifications:

  • Experience in Finance, Business, or a related field

  • 5+ years of relevant professional experience or commensurate experience in an administrative environment.

  • Proficient in financial and business systems such as SAP, Power BI, Prime and Ariba.

 

We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $64,800 to $81,000 per year.
