GOS Finance Mgr of FP&A / Consolidation

We are currently seeking a Finance Manager for FP&A support for our Global Operations Services (GOS) team.  Our Global Operations Services team is a combined group of our Global Engineering, Supply Chain and Manufacturing Operations.  

Your Day to Day:

• Provide financial decision support to the GOS finance and operational staffs
• Manage preparation, development and delivery of the annual integrated business plan for the GOS organization. 
• Interact with GOS & Business Unit finance and operational teams as well as the FP&A and Strategy teams to develop a comprehensive integrated business planning and forecasting process including deliverables and reviews.  
• Manage the monthly closing, forecasting and reporting processes for the GOS organization.  This includes preparation and delivery of GOS & WEC senior management reports, analyzing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial results, analysis of key variances and business trends in order to support business executives on financial performance and results.
• Develop the planning, reporting and forecasting reports necessary to support GOS and WEC requirements.
• Develop new reporting requirements with the Business Reporting and Analysis group (including division of responsibilities for analysis) for execution of a monthly reporting package (and annual panning) for GOS and GOS sub-segments.
• Drive enhancements in financial planning, reporting and analysis. Support development of and implement global system requirements.
• Direct development for maintaining flexible reporting and planning models in BPC, excel, etc.
• Collaborate with GOS finance leads to ensure GOS and WEC financial reporting requirements are met.
• Responsible for managing costing rate development and allocations process across GOS
• Directly support GOS senior executives and staff on ad hoc initiatives
• Provide financial lead responsibilities for D&I organization including monthly closing, forecasting, business planning and rate development
• For D&I review business case spending, capital expenditure, transformation costs, headcount and demand planning and utilization
• Provide support for D&I invoicing, cash flow management, and external funding reporting and audit requests

Who You Are:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting (or equivalent)
• 7+ years of relevant experience
• Accounting certification preferred
• Commitment to excellence and result orientation
• Excellence in consolidation and reporting system use
• Strong project cost reporting and analysis skills 
• Demonstrated financial planning & analysis skills for Income Statement and Balance sheet
• Communication and presentation skills in an international business environment
• Strong organizational skills
• Embrace and actively manage change
• Project controls experience a plus
