As a GSS Business Analyst, you will be responsible for understanding, monitoring, analyzing and reporting on GSS business metrics and capacity, using a variety of internal tools to support analysis and reporting.  This would include D365, PowerBI and SharePoint.  You will also complete the new release processing workflow using the Westinghouse Client Relationship Management (CRM) system, then guiding the release, contract or modification through the internal approval and signature process and ultimately submitting signed documents to our customer representatives.  You will be part of the Westinghouse Generation Support Services (GSS) Commercial Team, a group of approximately 8-10 personnel responsible for all commercial activities associated with the GSS Bid to Book workflow. This team supports the Americas Outage and Maintenance Services (AOMS) Business Unit. You will also interface with and advise our Global Shared Services Commercial Integration and Project Controls teams as they set up the releases/contracts/modifications in SAP.

 

You will report to the Sr. Manager of GSS Sales. This is a hybrid/mobile position based out of our Cranberry Township, PA location. In this role, you will be expected on site 2-3 days per week.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a high-level understanding of the GSS business, specifically the three product lines that are supported (maintenance-modification-construction, radiation protection, and valves services).
  • Utilize PowerBI and D365 to assess/analyze/report business condition and capacity including primary financial KPIs such as Commit/Backup/Other split, Margin as Sold (MAS), Actuals versus Forecast and Objective.
  • Identification of business/financial trends, reporting of trends to leadership
  • Review and presentation of various PowerBI dashboards reflective of GSS business conditions
  • Development of custom PowerBI dashboards to support changing business conditions or specific areas of interest for leadership review/analysis
  • Engage with customer supply personnel to resolve issues/questions associated with releases/POs
  • Oversee and manage the AOMS Contracts inbox, ensuring timely identification, prioritization, and assignment of contract releases requiring action.
  • Independently review and evaluate incoming releases received via the inbox or delegated by team members, confirming completeness, accuracy, and alignment with established business requirements.
  • Execute and ensure compliance with the approved Westinghouse contract release workflow within D365 (Westinghouse CRM), applying sound judgment to resolve discrepancies and escalate issues as needed.
  • Maintain stewardship of release documentation by uploading and organizing materials within Dual Maintenance (release tracking system) and the AOMS Contracts SharePoint repository, ensuring data integrity and traceability.
  • Develop, analyze, and distribute a weekly Release/Modification Approvals Report (Excel format) for Senior Leadership and Finance, providing insights and identifying trends impacting operational performance.
  • Lead and coordinate the approvals workflow in partnership with Business Unit Project Managers and Commercial Sales Managers, driving timely decision‑making and removing barriers to progress.
  • Oversee weekly submission of fully approved release documentation to customer supply chain contacts, serving as a key liaison to ensure alignment and contractual accuracy.
  • Design, produce, and disseminate a weekly interim order tracking report (Excel format), offering stakeholders a clear view of order status, progress, and outstanding actions.
  • Participate in a weekly Commercial Team meeting, report as required.
  • Ensure quality inputs for all system entries – maintain a focus on zero errors as a key metric for all data entry.

 

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience
  • Bachelor Degree in data science/management, technical or business discipline
    • Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered
  • Prior experience with CRM data entry/data management
  • Prior experience in the commercial nuclear marketplace

 

 

We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications, and skills, is estimated to be $54,000.00 to $67,500.00 per year.
