HR Operations Intern Summer 2025

About the role:

As an HR Operations Intern you will support the HR Operations team in multiple administrative tasks and projects. Aan excellent opportunity will be provided to gain practical experience in a professional HR environment, develop essential skills, and contribute to the team’s overall success.

You will report to the HR Manager and be located at our Cranberry location. This position is a full-time position hybrid. This is a paid internship that starts in May 2025.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with US HR Operations team to evaluate and update desktop procedures
• Research HR best practices and contribute to the development of these guidelines
• Help with employee inquiries by researching policies and providing information to employees and managers
• Provide administrative support to HR team members to support investigations
• Prepare reports and presentations

Qualifications:

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in human resources or related discipline
• Minimum GPA of 3.0
• Complete Sophomore year of college by May 2025
• Prior internship or work experience in HR
