We anticipate our intern will get the opportunity to participate in the planning and performance of:

• Ensuring a radiologically and industrially safe working environment for our employees
• Health Physics/Radiation Safety audits at our radioactive materials (RAM) sites

• Improvements in Corporate Radiological Protection procedures and guides
• Projects utilizing software packages such as CAP-88, NRCDose, etc.
• Program improvements at our RAM sites

Who You Are:
As a successful candidate, you will bring the following to the team:

• Pursuing Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Health Physics Required. 
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 strongly preferred.
• US Citizen or Permanent Resident
• Completion of Sophomore year college by May 2025
• Some experience with radiological regulatory requirements

• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, standard computer applications.
• Ability to function in a constantly evolving environment and balance multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and collaborative skills.
• Analytical problem-solving skills.

Location:  Remote

Duration: 10-12 weeks; begin in May 2025
