About the role:
As a Recruiter you will be an integral partner for our Operating and Maintenance Services (OMS) and Long Term Operations (LTO) business lines - supporting critical projects and talent pipelines across engineering, technical operations, project management and field service. You'll work closely with hiring managers, HR Partners and candidates to deliver high-impact recruiting strategies that align with the organization's growth and performance goals while providing an outstanding candidate experience.
You will report to the Senior Manager of Global Talent Acquisition and be located at Cranberry Township, PA headquarters. You will have a hybrid work arrangement.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage full-cycle recruiting for roles across business lines

Partner with business leaders to understand workforce needs and develop proactive hiring strategies

Lead key stakeholder engagements including intake meetings, update communications and debriefs

Target, source and select candidates using a mix of traditional and innovative methods

Conduct candidate interviews to evaluate and summarize relevant skills along with experience

Ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

Maintain data accuracy in our applicant tracking system and provide regular reporting on recruiting metrics
Qualifications:
-
5+ years of experience

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field or equivalent experience, is preferred

Prior experience supporting operations, engineering, or energy/industrial sectors

Experience using data to help guide recruitment decisions

Expert level application of sourcing techniques and recruiting tools

Demonstrated focus on providing high quality support to the business balanced with a positive candidate experience

Demonstrated business acumen with the ability to understand organizational goals and industry dynamics to align talent strategies with broader business objectives

Proven ability to build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders across all levels of the organization
