About the role:
As an Infrastructure and Operations Delivery and Process intern, you will help improve IT processes, support project delivery, and contribute to continuous improvement projects across the organization.
You will report to the I&O Delivery and Process Manager and be located at our Cranberry location. This is a paid full-time hybrid summer position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Help analyze existing IT processes, workflows, suggest improvements and communicate findings to team leads and managers
- Collect and analyze data to prepare reports and support decision-making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process inefficiencies, ensure compliance with established standards, and suggest improvements
- Help maintain internal documentation, dashboards, and knowledge bases
- Contribute to automation and digital transformation projects
- Shadow IT project managers and process analysts to gain exposure to project lifecycle activities
- Prepare presentations, summaries, and communication materials for management
- Perform administrative tasks related to IT operations and service management
Qualifications:
- Pursuing a bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, business administration, or a related field
- Minimum GPA of 3.0
- Completed Sophomore year of college
- No relocation assistance provided
We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The hourly rate for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $18.70 to $27.50 per hour.
