Overall Purpose:

 

  • The Ovation DCIS Platform / S3 Customer Service Intern will support the Ovation Platform Engineering / S3 staff in supporting the customer’s DCIS Platform and S3 Contract requirements. 

 

 

Main Responsibilities:

 

  • Support the engineering staff in fulfilling S3 I&C system service requests and issue resolution.
  • Support the maintenance of the S3 Support Hub SharePoint site.
  • Support the development and maintenance of Westinghouse capital Ovation systems.
  • Track and coordinate Ovation platform service requests from internal Westinghouse customers.
  • Utilize MS office tools as needed to support the engineering staff.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of Ovation platform technical information and databases.

 

 

Minimum  Requirements:

 

  • Has completed 2nd or greater year of a technical / engineering degree
  • Ability to multi-task and meet defined deadlines
  • Effective written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to contribute in a team environment
  • Willing to learn and follow direction from the engineering staff
  • Self-starter that can be effective with minimal supervision
  • Minimum 3.0 GPA
