Global Trade Compliance Intern 

 

Educational Requirement

Graduate Studies in International Affairs, Political Science, Economics, Public Policy, and/or Law

 

Location

Remote or in person within the US

 

Responsibilities

  • Support Modernization of Global Trade Compliance Program
  • Collaborate across Business Units to promote and ensure export and import compliance goals
  • Assist in change management across the company with a new Export Classification Program
  • Work with Global Import Team on Duty Savings Programs and Emerging Tariff Issues Globally
  • Investigate AI and automation tools for trade compliance

 

Required Skills

  • Excellent communication (writing and speaking) skills
  • Experience with Microsoft applications
  • Critical and Analytical Thinking Skills
  • Organizational and Time Management Skills
  • Highly Motivated and Goal Oriented

 

Desired Skills

  • Experience working with government regulations
  • Experience working with a global team
  • Basic understanding of any trade compliance regulations
