About the role:

As a Global Internal Audit intern, you will be part of the ongoing evolution of the Westinghouse Internal Audit department. The Global Internal Audit Intern will assist with improving the department and participate on risk-based financial, operational, and compliance audits and advisory reviews.

You will report to the Intern Audit Manager and be located at our Cranberry location. This is a paid full-time hybrid position for the summer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform internal financial, operational, compliance, and strategic audits and advisory reviews
• Review and evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls
• Gather and prepare audit documentation to support conclusions reached
• Draft reports related to audit results and recommend changes in financial, operational, compliance, or strategic activities and present to audit leadership
• Help with data analytics program developing queries and reviewing output
• Complete other activities as identified by the Manager of Internal Audit

Qualifications:

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or equivalent
• Minimum GPA of 3.0
• Complete junior year of college
• US Citizen or Permanent Resident

We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The hourly rate for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $18.70 to $22.69 per hour.
