Lead, Business Process Analyst - Contingent Labor Staffing & Operations

About the role:

As a Lead Business Process Analyst – Global Contingent Labor Vendor Staffing and Operations you will be responsible for coordination and monitoring of non-HR related business process activities associated with Westinghouse third-party contingent labor resources. You will report to the Director, Global Contingent Staffing and Operations and be located at our Cranberry Township, PA location. Hybrid Work Schedule.

Responsibilities:

• Be the global subject matter expert for contingent labor vendor enablement across Westinghouse systems (Phoenix, Connect, SAP, and Ariba).

• Coordinate with teams (Supply Chain, HRIS, Finance, Compliance, Tax, Privacy) to ensure agreement and compliance with the global contingent labor model.

• Oversee vendor setup, configuration, and access controls in Phoenix and Connect.

• Resolve system-related issues including timesheet discrepancies, invoicing exceptions, PO/resource setup errors, and cost center clearance.

• Support M&A integrations, system projects, and UAT testing related to contingent labor processes.

• Perform regular reconciliations, month-end accruals, and ad hoc analysis of labor and travel cost activity.

• Provide guidance and training to company partners on contingent labor processes and system usage

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

• 5+ years of relevant experience

• Experience in business consulting, process improvement, compliance, HR transformation and projects or related roles

• Experience in HRIS, ATS, and payroll Systems

• Proficiency with process mapping tools and project management software.

We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $103,200 to $129,000 per year.
