As a Lead Analyst, OSS Data Management, you will be responsible for building an optimized data management strategy around the book to bill cycle and guiding the supporting business segments and teams in ensuring accurate data management. You will partner with regional, technical and transformational stakeholders to effectively analyze, document, organize and orchestrate all aspects of the AOMS Master Data Management (MDM) program.
Similarly, you will act as a trusted partner both internally and externally interpreting our data and insights to drive strategic decisions and deliver recommendations based on the data that optimize business processes, support reporting and other advanced technology capabilities and foster collaboration.
This critically important role requires strong oversight of financial, technical, contractual, and resource commitments with ultimate accountability to deliver projects in a safe, high-quality, profitable manner, leading to stakeholder satisfaction.
You will report to the Director of AOMS Transformation. This is a remote role that can be performed from anywhere within the United States.

Ensure safety and quality are the primary focus on all project activities

Develop and lead a robust process to support both master data management and compliance reporting

Own select critical issues and drive to closure while reporting accordingly at various levels

Own select strategic initiatives and provide expertise and guidance on MDM best practices

Ensure strategic initiatives are properly staffed (by matrixed resources), managed, and tracked accordingly to ensure progress

Qualifications:
-
Bachelor's degree required, technical degree preferred but not required
-
8+ years of progressive experience in leading large, complex MDM strategy, overseeing MDM Projects and ensuring data quality and consistency across an organization's systems

Technical leadership experience may be considered in lieu of direct project management experience

Demonstrated accountability for results while working in a highly independent lead position

Experience with SAP, Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft® Office tools, and Power BI is desired

Some travel (estimate to be up to 10%) may be required for this position to customer sites, vendor facilities, or various Westinghouse facilities outside the home office

Willingness to support outside of typical hours (nights, weekends) occasionally to support critical issues emerging at customer sites
We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $103,200.00 to $129,000.00 per year.
