The Lead Consultant, Total Rewards will support the Senior Director of Total Rewards utilizing employee data to improve and standardize business processes in the areas of compensation, benefits, and Total Rewards projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, extensive knowledge of compensation and benefits programs, and experience working with SAP/SuccessFactors Systems. The Total Rewards Lead is responsible for various data support and analysis related to WEC Total Rewards plans and policies and compliance with local legislation.

 

Your Day to Day:

  • Conduct detailed analysis of compensation and benefits data. Identify areas to increase efficiency and automation of data analysis processes with respect to Total Reward administration and strategies.
  • Develop and evaluate total rewards program and conduct cost benefit analysis to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of compensation and benefits offerings.
  • Utilize SAP/SuccessFactors to manage employee compensation and benefits data. Generate and analyze reports on compensation and benefits metrics to provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the HR systems. Perform ad-hoc reporting related to employee data, focusing on employee analysis, compensation, and benefits modeling.
  • Audit employee data to ensure accuracy in compensation and benefits reporting and records. Lead the development and continuous improvement of total rewards reporting and analysis.
  • Monitor marketing trends and make recommendations for new programs or enhancements to existing ones.
  • Manage and support projects related to compensation and benefits reporting. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and validate data required for compliance reporting. Develop project plans, timelines, and deliverables to ensure successful project completion.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of country specific compensation and benefits regulations. Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits reporting.
  • Participate in internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and analysis.
  • Work closely with HR, Finance, internal teams, and external vendors to provide support and guidance on Total rewards data matters.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on compensation and benefits, employee reporting requirement.
  • May work independently with general supervision. Problems faced are difficult and sometimes complex. May influence others within the job area through explanation of facts, policies, and practices.

 

Who You Are:

  • BA/BS in HR, Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or other related analytical degree
  • 5+ years of work experience in total rewards, HRIS, Data analysis role - 7+ years preferred
  • Total Rewards designation preferred
  • -Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to interpret complex data sets and provide actionable insights
  • -5+ years HRIS experience, preferred SAP/SuccessFactors
  • -In-depth knowledge of data structure, compensation and benefits programs
  • -Proficiency with Advanced Excel, Power BI, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint
  • -Proficient with HRIS Systems
  • -Well-developed communication skills, creativity, and independence
  • -Experience in a multinational or complex organizational environment
  • -Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in data reporting
  • -Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
