About the role:
As a Lead Engineer, you will maintain overall technical cognizance of project-related scope within the Materials and Aging Management (MAM) group. You will be in an advisory role for technical issues and CAPs that arise in the area of MAM. Additionally, you will lead development of strategic solutions to RVI aging management problems.
You will report to the Manager, Materials & Aging Management and be located at our Cranberry facility on a hybrid basis. We require you to be in the office 2 days a week.
Key Responsibilities:

Represent group in Global Component Manufacturing and Engineering TL Staff Meetings

Support outage issues that relate to degradation of Reactor Vessel Internals (RVI)

Provide technical input to the product line during customer interaction and product development

Promote group guidelines, lessons learned, and best practices

Work with resource manager to maintain a healthy TLDP leader-mentor structure in MAM

Lead the integration of new resources into MAM and provide mentoring to new hires
Qualifications:

BS in Engineering required.

15+ years applicable experience with knowledge in reactor internals.
We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $116,800 to $146,000 per year.
