If this sounds like an environment you would thrive in, we have an exciting opportunity for a Lead Financial Analyst - Cash & Investmants on our Global Corporate FP&A team, to be the key finance partner supporting global cash flows, investments and Corporate Center functions.  This is a US ONLY Mobile role for candidates near one of our Southwest PA locations - Cranberry Township, PA, Madison, PA or New Stanton, PA.


Your Day to Day:

        Cash Flow Reporting and Analysis

  • Drive cash flow forecasting improvements using financial metrics and analysis
  • Eliminate non-cash activity from monthly reporting
  • Consolidate and report global cash flows providing inputs to Executive monthly reporting package
  • Act as a cash leader in the business through monthly reviews with business leaders
  • Enhance policies and procedures for analyzing and reporting cash flows
  • Reconcile direct and indirect cash flows forecasts
  • Perform ad hoc projects for treasury department and VP Financ  e

I         Investments (Capital and R&D)

  • Consolidate and report monthly performance for capital investments
  • Provide indirect financial ownership of R&D portfolio through effective communication and project reviews
  • Drive improvements in Digital and Innovation function
  • Assist in the forecasting for global capital and R&D investments
  • Lead the annual budget process for global investments through effective communication and thorough review of inputs
  • Assist in investment business case reviews
  • On a monthly basis, lead financial discussions with executive leadership communicating results and answering questions
  • Develop internal rates for R&D direct charge engineers


  • Support ad hoc projects that are directed by CFO and VP Finance
  • Take on responsibilities outside normal job description as priorities are surfaced
  • Forecast and report restructuring activity
  • Consolidate key KPI’s for Executive Leadership in Monthly Operating Review


Who You Are:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.
  • Experience in a CPA firm is preferred.
  • Experience in Corporate financial role is preferred
  • MBA and/or CPA is desirable.
  • 5 years, typically 6-7 years of broadly based accounting experience, including at least 4 years in financial planning and accounting.
