About the role:
As a Lead Risk Analyst you will work with global project teams, contributing to technical scope execution while helping ensure projects meet schedule and financial goals. Support end‑to‑end risk management activities across project phases, including identification, assessment, quantification, and treatment planning.
You will report to the Director, New Plant Risk Management. You will be fully remote position and no sponsorship is available.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform database population, maintenance, and data analysis, using enterprise tools to lead insights and inform risk reporting
- Maintain project risk registers, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and updates.
- Prepare high‑quality written deliverables (risk reports, dashboards, executive summaries) in English.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional team members (Project Controls, Engineering, Construction, and Supply Chain) to integrate risk insights into project decisions.
- Support continuous improvement of risk processes, templates, and tools within the regional and global risk community.
- Willingness to travel both domestically and internationally on a limited basis.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Risk Management experience, in project or operational risk
- Bachelor's degree (Business, Engineering, Finance, or related field)
- Experience with ARM and/or Safran (or risk systems/tools)
- Familiarity working in global, matrixed organizations
- Experience facilitating risk workshops or managing risk registers
We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. We estimate the base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon qualifications, to be 103,200 to 129,000 per year.
