About the role:
As the WBS-2 Structural Modules Delivery Stream Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting the successful procurement, delivery, and turnover of structural module equipment for projects within the APX Large Structures portfolio. This role will manage activities across the full procurement lifecycle, including pre-purchase order planning, purchase order placement, purchase order execution, final delivery, and customer turnover. Responsibilities include project management, supplier coordination, delivery performance, and achievement of financial and schedule milestones. This position requires strong cross-functional collaboration across Westinghouse to develop and execute a multi-project strategy that supports parallel project delivery.
You will report to the Senior Manager, WBS-2 Structural Modules and will be located at the Cranberry Township, PA office on a hybrid basis.
Key Responsibilities:

Supplier Development & Procurement Planning

Support pre-purchase order and post-purchase order procurement activities to ensure supplier readiness and predictable delivery performance.

Support supplier identification, evaluation, down-selection, and commercial negotiations.

Communicate key technical, quality, and contractual requirements to suppliers.

Collaborate with APX Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, and Supplier Performance Engineering teams to support project planning and execution.

Participate in supplier proposal reviews and compliance matrix review meetings.

Supplier Management

Drive cost and schedule certainty through effective supplier management and proactive issue resolution.

Develop agendas and lead supplier kick-off meetings.

Lead regularly scheduled meetings with suppliers and Westinghouse project support team members.

Partner with Supplier Performance Engineering to develop supplier oversight plans and manage execution of oversight activities, including witness and hold points.

Review supplier submittals and coordinate internal resources to support Westinghouse review and disposition.

Manage supplier commitments following purchase order or contract award, including change management and contract administration.

Provide periodic schedule updates and customer status reports in accordance with project requirements.

Ensure all required supplier purchase order scope is completed, including fabrication, testing, documentation, and applicable closeout requirements.

Coordinate with suppliers and Westinghouse Quality Assurance to ensure Quality Releases and associated Quality Assurance Data Packages are completed in support of equipment shipments.

Coordinate with Westinghouse Logistics to support shipment planning and execution.

Qualifications:
-
Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering.
-
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in engineering, procurement, project management, manufacturing, or a related field.

Experience with AP1000 or similar structural modules is preferred.

Strong manufacturing, financial, and business acumen, with an understanding of Energy Systems product lines.

Experience working with multinational teams and cross-functional stakeholders.

Experience communicating with executive stakeholders.

Experience defining complex problem statements, developing actionable plans for self and team, and communicating progress, risks, and recommendations to management.
We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $103,200 to $129,000 per year.
