About the role:

As a Principal Technical Commercial Consultant you will manage the full lifecycle of nuclear fuel opportunities, offers, and orders by forecasting sales opportunities, leading the development of complex customer proposals, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring offers meet customer requirements and compliance standards. It also oversees order processing and administration, including purchase order review, contract changes, billing updates, customer support, and maintaining accurate records.

 

You will report to the Manager of Commercial Integration and be located at Cranberry Township, Pennsylvania. The position offers a hybrid work arrangement, blending remote flexibility with regular on-site collaboration at our office

 

Key Responsibilities:

Nuclear Fuel Opportunity Management:

  • Help develop Nuclear Fuel orders entered forecast for financial plan, including probability and expected value

 

Nuclear Fuel Offer Management:

  • Lead the offer development process for complex, multi product line, large dollar value opportunities. Lead the offer team, including the BU product delivery group, GOS engineering resources, Customer Account Team, commercial, legal and other resources.
  • Assist Americas BU product delivery group and Customer Account Team with the analysis of each opportunity to develop the bid or no bid decision, develop the capture plan and create the offer strategy.
  • Lead the offer kickoff meeting.
  • Publish the offer development schedule, including due dates and responsible parties.
  • Support BU product delivery group and Account Team with executive reviews.
  • Prepare LOA document, facilitate the meeting and collection of approvals.
  • Prepare offer, incorporating customer RFQ specifics, offer strategy and terms and conditions, including export control compliance restrictions.
  • Address customer questions or clarifications in securing an acceptable Purchase Order

Nuclear Fuel Order Management:

  • Distribute and review the customer purchase order and verify that the order is consistent with the offer, then acknowledge to customer.
  • Update order conditions and billing plans for change notices and/or closeout of time and materials (T&M) projects.
  • Assist SSC/PM, with order conditions and billing plans for change notices and/or closeout of time and materials (T&M) projects
  • Assist customers with questions or special requests

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or other technical discipline
  • 6 to 10 years of experience
  • Occasional travel, both domestic and international, to Westinghouse offices and customer or vendor facilities may be required

 

We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $103,200 to $129,000 per year.
