About the role:
As a Production Control Aide, you will perform assignments and related office administrative/technical tasks within a technical engineering environment. You will prepare and process technical documents following standard work procedures. You will report to the Head of Export Compliance Americas and be located at our Cranberry Township site. Hybrid Work Schedule.
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, review, format, and transmit documents, drawings, and/or calculation notes. Includes creating cover sheets, gathering signatures, ensuring use of proper template, general document formatting and transmitting deliverables to customers.

Apply basic formulas and formats to prepare basic tables, graphs, figures and metrics.

Input data into various systems.

Retrieve and/or receive incoming documentation, communications, or action plans, and capture appropriately. Provide notification of receipt to personnel. Archive documentation as required.

Assist in the generation of reports and distribution of information, results, and basic analyses to appropriate personnel.

Provide some general administrative support to team including scanning documents and making printouts

Maintain correspondence on projects.

More specifically, in this role the individual will support the Global Trade Compliance organization in the following areas:
- Record citizenship for export control reviews
- Perform export control reviews of citizenship for onboarding, visitors, technology control plans
- Procedure, Process, and Policy edits (from entire GTC staff), annual BMS IP notice updates, routing in PRIME, tracking and reporting
- GTC Training tracking and reporting in PowerHub and Teams
- Sanction Screening Reviews in Powerhub and SAP GTS
- Manage requests and organization of the Trade Compliance inbox
- Legal Access Request Box Reviews
- Service Now Requests for Export Reviews
Qualifications:

High school graduate or the equivalent, plus completion of 60 college credits from an accredited institution.

Must be able to type 40 wpm.

Must demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office products as determined by departmental need.

Ability to apply acceptable computer skills in at least two software packages over and above word processing is required.

We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $41,069.76 to $67,661.56 per year.
