About the role:

As a Project Management intern, you will assist the project managers and project controllers on the portfolio of projects.

You will report to the Global Fuels Engineering Operations Manager and be located at our Cranberry location. This is a paid full-time hybrid position for the summer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and organizing project tasks, timelines, and deliverables
  • Support project documentation including meeting notes, status reports, and action items
  • Track progress against project milestones and update project dashboards
  • Coordinate communication between team members and stakeholders
  • Help identify risks and issues and escalate them to the project manager
  • Participate in project meetings and contribute to discussions
  • Maintain project files and ensure version control of key documents
  • Learn and apply project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
  • Support project processes following Westinghouse Project Management Requirements (WPMR)

Qualifications:

  • Pursuing a bachelor's degree in project management, engineering, business, or related technical discipline
  • Minimum GPA of 3.0
  • Complete Sophomore year of college
  • US Citizen or Permanent Resident
  • Familiar with the Project Management Institute (PMI®)'s Project Management Body of Knowledge, project management concepts, and project management tools

 

We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The hourly rate for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $18.70 to $27.50 per hour.
