About the role:
As a Project Manager you will plan and manage project schedules, scope, and deliverables for the AI&I organization.
You will report to the Director - Operations and office of the CTO. This is a hybrid role located in Cranberry, PA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily project activities across teams
- Maintain project documentation, including plans, status report, and risk logs
- Monitor project progress and identify risks and dependencies
- Facilitate project meetings, including kickoffs, status updates, and retrospectives
- Communicate project status to partners and leadership
- Support budget tracking, resource coordination, and vendor interactions
- Ensure projects follow defined processes, standards, and quality expectations
- Help with continuous improvement of project management practices and tools
- Work with Communications, HR, or other corporate functions and help build company/site/customer-facing events.
- Research and summarize information with supporting data in preparation for meetings, work projects, reports and budgets.
- Work and communicate with varying levels of customer leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience, with majority of experience in project management or project coordination role in a technical industry.
- Working knowledge of project management methodologies
- Experience using project management tools
- Embrace and manage change
We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $69,200 to $86,500 per year.
