About the role

We are looking for a Recruiter to support our WECTEC Staffing Services team, delivering full-cycle recruitment for critical roles across engineering, technical operations, project management, and field services. This role is essential in building strong talent pipelines and delivering strategic hiring solutions aligned with business priorities.  You will partner closely with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, external clients and cross-functional stakeholders to execute effective recruiting strategies while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. You will work hybrid to our Cranberry Township, PA location or remote working US Eastern time zone. You will report to the Recruiting Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers, business leaders, and external clients to understand workforce needs and define role requirements.
• Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies across multiple channels to attract high‑quality technical and professional talent.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate evaluation, offer development/negotiation, and onboarding coordination.
• Lead intake meetings, provide ongoing status updates, and facilitate candidate debriefs to ensure alignment throughout the hiring process.
• Deliver an excellent candidate experience through clear, timely, and personalized communication.
• Analyze recruiting metrics and provide insights to support data-driven decision making and continuous improvement.
• Maintain accurate, compliant data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and uphold internal process and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Experience recruiting for technical, engineering, operations, or energy/industrial roles.
• Experience working in a staffing agency or similar high-volume, client-facing recruiting environment.
• Expertise in sourcing techniques, talent pipeline development, and use of modern recruiting tools.
• Build effective partnerships with leaders at all levels.
• Analyze recruitment data and metrics to guide decisions.
• Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders across all levels of the organization
• Proficiency with ATS and CRM platforms.

We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $76,400 to $95,500 per year.
