About the role:
As a Resource Manager you will identify and promote opportunities for positive change within the Fuel Hardware group.
You will report to the Director of Fuel Hardware Engineering Solutions. This is a hybrid role, located in Cranberry Township, PA. No relocation or sponsorship is available.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify opportunities for positive change
- Provide integrated resource plan for engineering personnel within your responsibilities and establish self as US PWR primary contact for SIOP team.
- Ensure use of adequately trained project managers and reload project engineers to implement standard projects.
- Provide integrated plans across programs /projects; implement cost efficiencies through sourcing and logistics practices.
- Manage project budgets and invoices, report/understand project financial performance, and review monthly financial forecasts.
- Implement business relationships with engineering organizations to adequately support revenue projects.
- Implement personnel performance improvement and skills development process
- Implement organizational project management procedures and be primary interface with Project Management Organization and Global Shared Services
- Arrange and manage project reviews for FH&ES product portfolio
- Support organizational audits as FH&ES representative.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering or related technical discipline.
- Minimum 8 years of applicable experience, preferred Ten to fifteen years of related experience in an engineering environment.
- Working knowledge of nuclear fuel engineering services, safety analysis, and technology business.
- Understanding of business and financial management processes, including balance sheet and cash flow management.
- Project management and reload project management qualification
