About the role:

As the SIOP Lead Project Manager for the Engineered Solutions Business Unit, you will be responsible for aligning engineering demand with the Business Unit financial plan and providing clear, actionable demand signals to engineering teams. This role serves as a critical link between product strategy, financial planning, and engineering execution, ensuring that resource allocation supports business objectives and delivery commitments. You will collaborate across the organization to strengthen the strategic direction of ES products & services; organizations to interface with include: OPX-SPMO, APX, Finance, HR.

 

You will report to the Product Management and Growth Director.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain engineering demand forecasts based on financial targets, backlog, D365 pipeline and strategic priorities.
  • Translate business objectives into engineering capacity requirements across multiple teams and disciplines.
  • Partner with Finance, Sales, CSM and Product Management to ensure engineering demand aligns with the monthly, quarterly and yearly financial plans.
  • Provide input into budgeting and resource planning cycles to support accurate cost projections.
  • Communicate demand signals to engineering leadership and resource managers to enable proactive staffing and capacity planning.
  • Monitor and adjust demand signals based on changes in product priorities, market conditions, or financial targets.
  • Work closely with Finance, BU and APx leadership to ensure transparency and alignment on priorities.
  • Facilitate regular business reviews of demand vs. capacity and recommend adjustments to maintain delivery commitments (this is prior to submittal to APx).
  • Participate in the APX report-outs and represent the Global Engineering Business priorities.
  • Develop dashboards and reports to track engineering demand, capacity, and variances against plan.Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership for decision-making.

  • Support or potentially lead projects as demands require
  • Support programmatic initiatives as needed to support global product management priorities

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
  • 7+ years of diverse nuclear industry experience; technical management, project management or project controls experience preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in engineering planning, resource management, or financial planning within a technology or product-driven organization
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in forecasting, modeling, and data visualization tools. 

 

We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $116,800.00 to $146,00.00 per year.
