Senior Analyst, MS Project Online

The Senior Analyst, MS Project Online is a knowledgeable and experienced Microsoft Project Online consultant with a strong background in implementing Portfolio and Project Management (PPM) solutions at the enterprise level. The ideal candidate will have a diverse background in the nuclear or construction industry, bringing valuable insights and expertise to our team. 

This role is Part Time (up to 20 hours per week and US Remote.

Your Day to Day:

• Leads the implementation of Microsoft Project Online for PPM solutions, ensuring successful deployment and integration across the organization.
• Develops and configures Microsoft Project Online functionalities to meet the specific requirements /challenges of the internal/external customers.
• Provides training and support to project teams and stakeholders on how to effectively utilize Microsoft Project Online for project planning, monitoring, and reporting.
• Responsible for client satisfaction, process design, system development and configuration, providing solid recommendations, and overall work quality
• Stay current with industry best practices and trends related to project management and PPM solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Microsoft Project Online with existing systems and processes.
• Stay current with industry best practices and trends related to project management and PPM solutions.

Who You Are:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Project Management, Information Technology, Business Administration, etc.)
• 4+ Proven experience implementing PPM solutions, preferably in the nuclear, engineering, manufacturing or construction industry.
• At least 4+ years’ experience in project management, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps) or Microsoft SharePoint consulting or 6+ years in technology consulting
• Certification in Microsoft Project Online and/or Project Management is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of project management principles and methodologies. PMO Experience.
