About the role:

As a Senior Engineer - Nuclear, Mechanical or Chemical you will perform thermal-hydraulic and piping networks engineering design and analysis for mega-projects or advanced reactors. You will report to the Senior Manager of Reactor and Safety Systems for Plant Mechanical Engineering & Issue Resolution in a hybrid scenario based at Westinghouse Global Headquarters in Cranberry Woods, PA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop pump, valve, heat exchanger and HVAC equipment sizing requirements for plant design and modifications.
• Identify problems and propose solutions
• Support senior engineers design and analysis
• Status reports to technical lead, management and partners
• Collaborate for internal and external representation
• Present technical materials, services justification and product designs to customer, vendor and regulatory meetings

Qualifications:

• 4+ years' experience
• Bachelor of Science in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, or Nuclear
• MathCad, MATLAB, or VBA
• Familiar with nuclear power plant designs for operating PWR and BWRs or advanced reactors
