Senior Internal Auditor

As a Senior Internal Auditor, you will be part of the ongoing transformation of the Global Internal Audit department. Global Internal Audit aims to be recognized as a strategic partner providing assurance and advisory services to help the business meet their goals and better manage risk. The Senior Internal Auditor position will contribute to that mission through the execution of the audit plan, continued transformation of audit processes, and regular communication with business leaders.

You will report to the Director, Global Internal Audit and be located at Cranberry Township, PA site. This role is a hybrid/mobile role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute audit and advisory projects alongside the Internal Audit team and co-source partners, as applicable, to perform steps related to planning, walkthroughs, detailed testing, remediation/follow up, and reporting for audits of our operational and financial controls
• Determine the cause and potential risk for audit findings and partner with business units, locations, and functions on the development of management action plans to address identified risks
• Monitor the completion of management action plans and perform validation testing to confirm remediation of audit findings
• Use data analytic tools and available organizational data to identify key risks and opportunities and communicate results
• Maintain accountability for meeting assigned deliverables, working on multiple deliverables at once, and following the department's quality and methodology standards including the IIA's Global Internal Audit Standards
• Contribute to internal department enhancement initiatives by sharing observations and insights and participating in improvement projects
• Provide coaching to Internal Audit staff to enhance technical skills, audit proficiency and overall professional development
• Partner with second line functions such as Global Compliance, Enterprise Risk Management and Global Financial Controls on special projects or investigations
• Contribute to the development of the annual audit plan and risk assessment process by surveying and meeting with key members of management to understand and document risks and changes within the business landscape

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Business Management or related Engineering field or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of internal or external audit experience
• CPA, CIA, CFE, or CISA certified or actively pursuing
• Knowledge of Internal Audit Framework and Financial Guidelines (COSO, GAAP, FASB, FCPA)
• Exposure to data analytics and visualization tools
• Experience with audit management systems such as Audit Board

Must be willing to travel up to 15% internationally
