About the role:
As a Senior Project Manager, you will work for the Poland Project Engineering Organization to plan and complete scopes of work to support delivery of the first AP1000 Reactors in Poland.
You will report to the Senior Program Manager and be located at the Cranberry Township, PA location. Hybrid Work Schedule.
Responsibilities:

Complete all aspects of planning process including authoring project plans and developing scope, schedule, and cost baselines.

Lead profitability of contracts by follow department protocols for identifying team members to complete the work.

Manage all aspects of project including scope, schedule, cost, risk, procurement, quality, resources, communications, and partners through use of delegates/support as applicable. Interpret and transmit project/contract requirements, and subsequent changes, to departments following an integrated change management process.

Oversee project cost expenditure forecasts and progress evaluations/projections (including Earned Value Management) to support project performance and financial reporting requirements.

Review project expenditures for compliance with project baselines and scope.

Maintenance of project process metrics and process maps to ensure team, customer, and all partners are kept informed of project status

Close project by archiving work in financial, scheduling, document management, and resource management systems/tools. Perform final project quality assessment and report out. Communicate opportunities for improvement, lessons, and risk avoidance for future work.

Develop relationships with product line team, customer, suppliers, and other partners to bring project to successful completion.

Seek opportunities and implement continuous improvements to enhance project performance.
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor's degree. Applicable disciplines are Project Management, Engineering, Business, Construction Management, or related technical discipline.

4 to 6 years of project management experience or combination of engineering experience and project management experience from EPC, Oil, Gas, Chemical, Nuclear

Experience leading low to medium complexity projects to successful completion.

Knowledge of Project Management Institute's Project Management Body of Knowledge.

Familiarity with project management software tools (P6, SAP, ARM) and techniques, including Earned Value Management.

Familiarity with the AP1000 project procedures preferred.
We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $85,200 to $106,500 per year.
