About the role:
As a Senior Schedule Planning Analyst you will develop and integrate schedule plans across the APX Fleet Delivery portfolio and project lifecycle. You will connect opportunity development with project execution by establishing credible planning assumptions, schedule strategies, forecasts, and standards
You will report to the Senior Manager of Project Schedule Planning and be located at Cranberry Township, PA. You will enjoy a hybrid work arrangement, blending remote flexibility with regular on-site collaboration at our office
Key Responsibilities:
You will translate complex scope, delivery strategies, interfaces, constraints, and uncertainty into plans and decision support. It collaborates across engineering, supply chain, construction, project delivery, and leadership to improve planning quality, consistency, resource readiness, and informed decision-making.
- Develop portfolio- and project-level schedule strategies
- Translate scope, delivery strategies, milestones, constraints, and risks into schedule plans
- Lead the transition of schedule plans into project execution
- Integrate planning inputs across engineering, supply chain, construction, testing, and commissioning.
- Develop portfolio resource forecasts, schedule benchmarks, reference durations, milestone models, and scenario analyses.
- Evaluate schedule alternatives, dependencies, constraints, and uncertainty
- Develop standardized planning tools, data, workflows, and governance that improve schedule quality and planning efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, project management, business, data analytics, information systems, or a related discipline.
- Minimum three years of progressive experience in complex project or portfolio planning, scheduling, engineering, project management, product or delivery management, analytics, operations, or a related field.
- Experience developing or integrating plans across multiple departments, organizations, workstreams, or project phases.
- Experience converting scope, execution strategies, interfaces, constraints, and risks into credible planning models and decision support.

We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $85,200 to $106,500 per year.
