About the role:

As a Senior Strategic Project Lead in the Westinghouse Parts Business (WPB), you will support unique projects within the WPB team. This will include breaking down complex tasks into tactical plans, and working with cross-functional teams to outline and execute plans in the support of the goals of the Parts Business.

 

You will report to the Manager of Strategic Projects. This role can be based out of either Cranberry Township, PA, or New Stanton, PA.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the planning, execution, and delivery of projects from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and mission needs.
  • Develop and support detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations; monitor progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet objectives.
  • Work though unique issues
  • Support post-implementation reviews to assess project outcomes and identify lessons learned for continuous improvement
  • Understand Westinghouse Parts Business strategic initiatives to anticipate future focus areas
  • Establish and maintain effective communication within varying teams
  • Support regular communication with project sponsors, stakeholders, and team members to ensure transparency, accountability, and alignment.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Experience in multiple business areas including project management, supply chain, product management, operations

 

We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $103,200.00 to $129,000.00 per year.
