About the role:
As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner you will help shape the future of Westinghouse by attracting, engaging and hiring exceptional talent across a range of critical functions. Being a strategic advisor to business leaders, you will lead full-cycle recruiting efforts on complex or high-level roles. You will deliver an outstanding candidate experience that reflects our culture and vales.
You will report to the Senior Manager, Global Talent Acquisition. You can work in our Global Headquarters in Cranberry Township, PA or remote working US Eastern time zone.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with senior leaders and hiring managers to understand hiring plans, critical skills and long-term hiring needs.
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for complex and senior-level positions, including sourcing, screening, offer development and negotiation.
- Build proactive talent attraction strategies that enhance candidate pipelines and employer brand visibility.
- Be a trusted advisor on market trends, talent availability and competitive insights to influence decisions.
- Ensure a seamless, high-touch candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.
- Collaborate with HR and business teams to improve recruitment processes, metrics and hiring outcomes.
- Maintain accurate data within the applicant tracking system to support metrics and compliance and ensure process alignment with all compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Identify process optimization opportunities and participate in teams to implement and be a change champion for enhancements.
Qualifications:
- 6+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience, including senior and niche role recruitment.
- Success building strategic partnerships with business leaders and managing complex hiring portfolios.
- Expertise in sourcing strategies and talent pipeline development.
- Experience recruiting for diverse roles, with a focus on leadership and niche positions, and developing/negotiating offers for those roles.
- Capability to manage complex priorities with strategic focus and flexibility.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and candidate relationship management (CRM) tools.
We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $90,000 to $112,500 per year.
