About the role:
As a Senior Technical Commercial Consultant, you will oversee the offer and order processes in the Asia region, and also ensure the compliance of internal governance process. You will report to the Manager, Commercial Integration for the Asia Region and work 100% REMOTE.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead the offer for complex including multiple Teams, first of a Kind (FOAK), strategic offers for Asia.

Integrate/Complete offer elements into a customer-ready deliverable, for any level of Limitations of Authority (LOA).

Organize and facilitate Bid/No Bid, maintain the offer development schedule to support bids.

Ensure all costs and risks are captured

Ensure governance process are followed

Ensure proper commercial terms are used

Draft contract and Change Proposals
-
Support commercial negotiations
-
Support Contract & Commercial Integration Director and Manager on other tasks assigned

Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding and use of business systems (Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, SAP, D365, PRIME) (e.g., multiple Business Unit entries)

Set up sales orders in SAP
-
Maintain sales orders in SAP
-
General sales order report
-
Track and maintain the bid and proposal budget
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.

5+ years relevant marketing, business process experience.

SAP experience preferred.
We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $85,200 and $106,500 per year.
