Specialist - Application Integration

About the role:

As a Specialist, Application Integration, you will help deliver application installation, configuration, and deployment services for multiple applications at Westinghouse. The primary responsibilities for this position will be a technical administrator of applications in the Westinghouse portfolio.

You will report to the Supervisor, Application Integration and be located at Cranberry Township, PA. This is a hybrid role. Three days a week in office and two remote.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the team's ticket queue to resolve incidents and perform operational tasks. Be the initial contact for related issues and concerns from clients and employees.

• Support the installation/upgrades of applications, including patches and major releases of custom developed and COTS software.

• Create knowledge articles for supported applications.

• Create documentation for all procedures.

• Collaborate with Information Technology teams for adherence to best practices and process standardizations.

• The primary responsibilities of this position occur during business hours, however there is some evening and weekend work related to projects, planned maintenance, and on-call support.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science or equivalent.

• 0-3 years of support in an application environment

• Evaluate complex data and multiple perspectives to make informed, and well-reasoned decisions.
