This is a US ONLY remote role.  Candidates must be within working distance to a Westinghouse location but will primarily work from home.  - Pittsburgh, PA, Columbia, SC, Charlotte, NC, and other locations.


Your Day to Day:

•    Establish strategies and processes for deployment of a continuous improvement program

•    Partner with leadership in the selection, prioritization and deployment of projects

•    Lead and manage multiple business critical projects across the organization

•    Provide coaching and mentoring while broadening application and understanding of continuous improvement tools, strategies, and techniques

•    Conduct regular project reviews to ensure expected progress achievement. Coordinate, collect, and report project results for the organization.

•    Coach, mentor, train, facilitate and drive various project teams to successful completion through continuous improvement processes

•    Develop performance metrics to measure program success.  Develop progress reports and dashboards to ensure project targets (safety, financial, productivity, defect reduction, etc.) are achieved.

•    Identify and understand issues and opportunities; compare data from different sources to draw conclusions, use effective approaches for choosing a course of action, and take action that is consistent with available facts, constraints, and probable consequences

•    Directly and indirectly lead project teams


Who You Are:

•    Bachelor of Engineering min, Master preferred

•    5 years of experience with progressing responsibilities, typically 10-15 years

•    Certified Black Belt in Lean or Six Sigma. May consider those with Green Belt Certifications actively in process of Black Belt certification. Other certification may be considered to fulfill this requirement, such as advanced certifications in Shainin, BlueDragon, etc., or applicable graduate degree programs.
