Supply Chain Engineering Intern Summer 2026

About the role:

As a Supply Chain Delivery Stream Engineer Intern, you will report to the Nuclear Steam Supply Systems, Delivery Stream Manager and be located at our Cranberry Township, PA facility. This is a paid full-time hybrid position for the summer.

Key Responsibilities:

• You will participate in introductory nuclear training and supply chain learning seminars
• Support supply chain delivery stream engineering tasks
  • Supplier identification and assessments
  • Draft procurement requirements documentation and SAP purchase requisitions
  • Develop procurement and manufacturing schedule
  • Support coordination of Supplier Oversight Quality Assurance (QA) Technical Witness and Hold Points
  • Work with suppliers to lead cost and schedule improvements
• Examples of Delivery Steam Engineering projects
  • Creating Manufacturing and Process Plan estimates for use in design option selection or validation of cost and schedule
  • Support design and manufacturing improvement project (advanced manufacturing, AI, technology improvement)
  • Identify cost and schedule improvement opportunities, and development of project plans

Qualifications:

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in industrial / manufacturing, mechanical or a related engineering field
• Minimum GPA of 3.0
• Completed Sophomore year of college

We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The hourly rate for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $22.69 to $27.50 per hour.
