Treasury Risk Manager

About the role:

As a Treasury Risk Manager, you will lead our financial risk management and hedging activities, including interest rate swaps, project-level cash flow hedging, net investment hedging, and foreign exchange risk management. You will be the primary subject matter expert for hedging strategies and derivative execution, partnering with internal stakeholders and external financial institutions to identify, assess, and mitigate financial market risks. You will also support treasury operations, liquidity management, and debt capital markets activities. You will report to the Assistant Treasurer and be located at our Cranberry Township, PA site. Hybrid Work Schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Risk Management & Hedging

• Manage our hedging programs, including:

  • Interest rate swaps and interest rate risk management activities

  • Project-level cash flow hedging strategies

  • Net investment hedging programs

  • Foreign exchange exposure management and hedge execution

• Monitor market conditions, interest rate trends, foreign exchange markets, and other economic factors affecting us

• Evaluate financial risks and develop recommendations to mitigate exposure while supporting our goals

• Complete derivative transactions and maintain associated documentation and reporting

• Ensure compliance with treasury policies and hedge accounting requirements

• Develop analytical models to monitor performance of risk management strategies

Capital Markets

• Support debt capital markets activities, including financings, refinancings, and ongoing debt portfolio management

• Help evaluate funding alternatives and capital structure strategies

• Prepare financial analyses and presentations to support financing decisions and executive leadership reviews

• Coordinate with banks, advisors, legal counsel, and other external partners on capital markets transactions

Treasury Operations

• Support liquidity management, cash forecasting, banking activities, and treasury operations

• Identify opportunities to improve treasury processes, controls, and reporting capabilities

• Prepare recurring and ad hoc treasury reports for management and external stakeholders

• Support internal and external audits, compliance reviews, and financial reporting requirements related to treasury activities

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration degree preferred.

• Typically, 10+ years of experience in treasury, corporate finance, capital markets, financial risk management, or a related field

• CFA, CPA, CTP, or similar professional designation preferred

We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $100,800 to $126,000 per year.
