Vice President, Major Projects - Americas Outage & Maintenance Services

As Vice President, Major Projects, you will be the leader of the Americas Outage and Maintenance Services (AOMS) Major Projects Business unit. As a key member of AOMS Leadership team, you will be accountable for execution of major projects at customer owned nuclear power plants from Inquiry to Remittance. Additionally, you will establish and maintain customer and partner relationships.
You will report to the President, AOMS. This is a remote role that can be performed from anywhere in the United States
Key Responsibilities:

Develop business strategy to capture and execute large >$25M installation/upgrade scopes in the Nuclear Steam Supply and Balance of Plant.

Develop and lead an appropriately sized team to support operating a Business Unit dedicated to managing large field projects.

Provide project oversite and control in partnership with the Westinghouse Project Management Office to ensure successful delivery of contracted scopes of work.

Cultivate partnerships to ensure capabilities needed to perform contracted scopes can be successfully executed.

Partner with Westinghouse Global Market and Commercial teams in establishing and maintaining customer relationships ranging from Implementer to Senior Executive.

Utilize Value Stream methodology to ensure efficient delivery of services and projects
Structure and maintain Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) data to ensure capacity and demand are maintained in balance.

Maintain market intelligence and pipeline information to ensure Westinghouse becomes a key participant in the upgrade and modernization of the nuclear fleet in the Americas.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related technical field

Minimum of 5 years of project management experience demonstrating the ability to manage projects of increasing scale required, 15+ years preferred

5 Years of Executive Leadership experience in the Nuclear Power Industry

Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered

Demonstrated Business Unit (P&L) leadership experience

Practitioner in Lean Management with a demonstrated history of using Lean Principles to lead business operations
