Come be part of the Americas Outside Sales Team that is translating Westinghouse’s right-to-win into strong penetration into new markets like the Department of Entergy (DOE)!  In this role you will be leveraging Westinghouse standard products to support DOE sites with replacement parts, obsolescence challenges and reverse engineering as well as positioning Westinghouse to capture market share for non-OEM work. Westinghouse Parts is a faced paced, high-volume business that relies on excellent customer facing skills to ensure customer’s problems are addressed using Westinghouse’s experience and technical capabilities.

 

This position will be a Remote opportunity based within the United States.

 

 

Your Day to Day: 

  • Drive year over year WPB sales to DOE facilities. 
  • Ensure synergetic interfaces with Westinghouse Government Services, Global Markets and Americas OPS BU customer-facing teams
  • Use lean commercial processes, improve pipeline visibility, and develop new channels to market / new business models to achieve growth objectives
  • Ensure seamless coordination with the WPB Inside Sales Team to ensure prompt issuance of offers that meet the customer’s requirements, drive closure of the sale and track fulfilment of the order
  • Support market opportunities to ensure WPB’s capabilities are known through out the various DOE facilities.
  • Provide VOC as input to market-driven product strategy, product lifecycle management and pricing models
  • Support introduction of new parts offerings to market

 

Key Interfaces:

  • Westinghouse Government Services, Global Market Account Managers, Americas Operating Plant Services, Westinghouse Parts Outside/Inside Sales, Product Management and Fulfillment Teams

 

Who You Are: 

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or Technically related discipline.
    • Advanced Degree or MBA preferred
  • 7+ years of Direct customer interface and engagement (typically acquired through progressively more responsible positions).
    • Prior experience with government contracts, DOE, nuclear plant operation, and/or sales strongly preferred

 

Travel: 

  • This role will be expected to build tight relationships with the assigned customers and up to 25% travel may be required
