Supports Senior Director and Staff Management with data analysis, presentation development, requisitions, scheduling and meeting preparation and support, liaison support for visitors and stakeholders and support of Regulatory Programs.  Individual will qualify and support the Emergency Operations Center as a Scribe.


Your Day to Day:

Regulatory Program Support/Coordination:

  • NSCMP Coordinator – Scheduling, preparations, and meeting minutes for the quarterly NSCMP meetings.
  • Self-Assessment and Benchmarking Coordinator – Manages the site self-assessment and benchmarking schedule, help hold site managers accountable to meet their scheduled commitments and reviews to ensure quality closure.
  • KPI Coordinator – Work with site personnel and assist in assembling site and GOS KPIs (weekly, monthly, and quarterly) – development, data collection, trending.
  • Observation Program Coordinator - tracking, trending, KPI, report out.
  • Backup for Regulatory Affairs Specialist for tracking, developing renewal documentation and submitting updates for Regulatory permits
  • Works independently with little supervision
  • Onsite Senior Director support for Visitors and Stakeholder Meetings – meals, PPE, access, material etc
  • Supports Plant Manager Meeting and other leadership meeting coordinator – scheduling, material development and packaging.
  • Onsite Support for employee engagement functions
  • Ensure inventory of materials and supplies is available for visitors. 
  • Order and pick up supplies and materials as necessary
  • Expertise in L2L, PowerBI, SAP, ETAPS, Purchase Requisitions – purchasing and buying process, L2L, PowerBI, PRIME, Concur, SharePoint management and updates
  • Purchasing, Requisitions and Invoicing including critical equipment, validation of critical parameters & specifications for example support of chem lab/PA requisitions
  • Trained in PRIME and develops documents as needed in prime
  • Emergency Operations Center (EOC) Scribe
  • Management of EZONE – retraining coordination, tracking, pull and submit rosters, validate compliance, update system with new courses, coordination through Midlands Technical College and submittal to state of SC(credit for site    training that meets the state of SC requirements)
  • Communicate effectively/provide information to relevant personnel internal and external to Westinghouse via oral, written and visual media using the necessary equipment as required.

What you need to be successful in this role:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • One-year administrative experience. Some previous office environment work-related skill, knowledge, or experience. 
  • Previous experience working with the public.
  • Previous Westinghouse experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in PowerBI, analyzing data, PowerPoint presentation development, SAP entry,
  • Purchase Requisitions – purchasing and buying process, update to SharePoint, Team Trac and metrics reporting

  • Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft© Office and other computer skills/systems (including hardware and software) to enter data, or process information. Demonstrated proficiency in internet navigation for information and data gathering.  Proficient in PowerPoint presentation development.
  • Learn quickly and adapt easily to changing technology and circumstances
