About the role:

As a Contract Management Technician II, you will support the Fuel Contracts Manager (FCM). You will do this in the delivery of a suite of commercial sales contracts relating to Fuel Components / Intermediate manufacture. Additionally, you will handle internal order creation, invoicing, and shipping. These obligations are to deliver value to Westinghouse and its customers.

 

You will report to the Fuel Portfolio Manager. This is a hybrid role, located in Colombia, SC.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • SAP Order Entry and maintenance
  • Sales Order Invoicing support.
  • Support the Production Readiness Reviews
  • Post job reviews
  • Support Fuel Contract Managers with data management and reporting such as End of Manufacturing Reports (EOMRs), SharePoint site maintenance, GSQA (Product Records document system) and customer orders.
  • Produce monthly department reports including Monthly Billing & Payment Milestones, corrective actions, and training reports.

 

 

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of technical school training in an engineering related discipline or equivalent experience
  • Essential to have customer experience
  • Desirable to have commercial experience
  • Desirable to have experience in business and finance.
  • SAP knowledge jelpful
  • Nuclear industry experience helpful
  • Operate Business Systems such as SAP/PRIME/CAP/ENOVIA

 

 

We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $50,738 to $65,511 per year.
